Dan Domenech is the Interim Chief People Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, Dan has worldwide responsibility for HPE’s Human Resources function, including talent and performance enablement, organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, benefits and compensation, and HR processes and information management, with a focus on culture and advancing the experience and success of HPE’s global workforce.

While acting in his interim position as CPO, Dan continues to serve as HPE’s Chief Talent Officer. In this role, Dan oversees succession management, talent development, talent acquisition, talent mobility, performance management, assessment, strategic workforce planning, and workforce analytics for 60,000+ team members.

Before his current role, Dan owned HR strategy and delivery for the 20,000 team member HPE Services organization, partnering with the President to drive business transformation, talent management, culture, and DEI.  Dan has experience as head of HR for HPE's Ireland Bank, on the board of Dun & Bradstreet’s JV in China, as VP of Cornell University's Latino Alumni Association, and on the Rutgers & Fairleigh Dickinson University HR Advisory Boards. Dan graduated from GE's HR Development Program and has experience in industrial/manufacturing, health care, financial services, and information technology.

Dan is married 30 years to his wife Nikki, has 5 children—3 of them adopted, and is very involved in his church in adult education, youth ministry, and mission work.
