If you install NNMi 8.01
products without installing the permanent product passwords, then during the
installation process, a temporary “instant-on license” password is installed
enabling NNMi functionality for a limited capacity of
nodes. This temporary password expires
after 30 days. To avoid unplanned
downtime, you should install your permanent product password(s) before the 30
days elapse.
