System reports

Troubleshooting issues on a server, workstation, or high-end desktop may be required. One of the tools that is helpful in doing so is called a system report. This tool is embedded within the Help section within the Intel VROC GUI.

Procedure
  1. First, click the Help icon on the top row. It is the button that has the white “?” on the blue shield.

    This brings a new window to the forefront of the screen.

  2. Click on System Report.

    This is the data regarding all items active on this system. This states the status and activity for all functions as it relates to the Intel VROC 6.0 product family.

  3. Next, click Save at the bottom left corner of the System Report.

    Windows will allow the user to select where to save the file, the default is to save in that user’s documents folder. This may be altered at the discretion of the user. Once the location and name have been set, click Save to save the file.

    This file is now ready for the support representative to review the data. Follow their instructions regarding to how to transmit or forward this file to this individual.
