Mount the virtual USB drive on HPE Synergy Composer2
You have set up a user account to access the Composer2 iLO.
You are using either the .NET iLO Integrated Remote Console (iLO IRC) or the Java iLO IRC to mount the USB. HTML5 iLO IRC does not support virtual media features.
If using .NET iLO IRC, you have enabled the HTTP protocol and port 80 on your firewall, if any, between the web browser on your system (from where you want to launch the iLO IRC to the Composer2 iLO), and Composer2 iLO.
You are using either a USB 2.0 or 3.0 drive that is formatted as an NTFS or FAT32 file system (for support dump) and FAT32 (for reimaging), and has only one partition. If necessary, use a computer to format the USB drive. The USB drive must have enough free space (typically 1 to 4 GB) to store the support dump file. USB drives with a capacity of up to 16 GB are supported. Hewlett Packard Enterprise recommends that you use USB 3.0 for better performance.
