Enabling or disabling uplink or downlink ports on an interconnect

Use the Interconnects screen to enable and disable ports on an interconnect.

You may want to disable a port for the following reasons:

Testing or troubleshooting
To block connectivity on selected ports
To isolate selected ports from network access

NOTE:

Ports for HPE Virtual Connect FC Module is automatically enabled when it is assigned to an uplink set. Uplink ports not being used by an uplink set cannot be enabled or disabled.
