Preupdate steps for HPE Synergy Image Streamer

Procedure
  1. Back up the HPE Synergy Image Streamer appliance using HPE OneView.

    The configuration information for Image Streamer, such as, IP addresses and appliance details, are in HPE OneView. Therefore, creating a backup using HPE OneView also backs up the Image Streamer configuration information.

  2. Back up the Image Streamer appliance artifacts using the Image Streamer interface.
    1. Create the backup bundle. See "Create a backup bundle" in the HPE Synergy Image Streamer Help.
    2. Download the backup bundle. See "Download a backup bundle" in the HPE Synergy Image Streamer Help.
