CS500 model 3211 compute servers support four compute modules/nodes that are installed in the rear of the chassis, including two 220V/2130W or 277V/2200W power supplies. A compute module be installed and powered up or a dummy tray cover must be installed to maintain proper cooling airflow for the other running compute modules. In case of a compute module failure, remove the failed compute module, and replace with a dummy tray cover until the new compute node is installed.
