Seeing unsupported HPE Storage Operating System version with SSMC in FIPS mode

Symptom

After enabling FIPS mode and restarting SSMC, SSMC is unable to connect to some arrays.

Cause

SSMC with FIPS mode enabled can only connect to arrays with supported ciphers.

Action

Upgrade all HPE 3PAR and HPE Primera arrays that require FIPS with SSMC to the HPE Storage Operating System 3.3.1 MU3 and later.
