Press the
Power On/Standby button if you are setting up the server directly.
Log in to
iLO and start a remote console. Use the virtual power button to power on the server. For more information, see the
iLO online help.
When you power on a server, it displays a list of booting subsystems and self-tests. After the initial Power On Self-Test (POST), the server displays the server initialization screen. The checked icons at the bottom right represent each option that is present or installed on the server.
When you use DHCP, the
iLO IP address is displayed at bottom left of the POST screen.
