Delete an enclosure group

Prerequisites

  • Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

  • If the enclosure group is associated with a server profile or server profile template, you cannot delete the enclosure group. Unassign the enclosure group from the server profile or server profile template.

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select SERVERS > Enclosure Groups.
  2. In the master pane, select the enclosure group you want to delete.
  3. Select Actions > Delete.
  4. Review the confirmation message, if any, and click Yes, delete to delete the enclosure group.
  5. Verify that the enclosure group no longer appears in the master pane.
