Refresh a storage pool

Refresh a storage pool to pickup changes immediately from the storage system. Periodic refreshes happen automatically in the background.

Doing a refresh will update the capacity metrics, pool names, folders as applicable for a given storage system type.

Prerequisites

Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Storage administrator.

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select STORAGE > Storage Pools.
  2. In the master pane, select the storage pool you want to refresh and select Actions > Refresh.
    NOTE:

    You will not be prompted to confirm the refresh action. The refresh begins immediately.
