Collect remote support data for enclosures
From the Enclosure screen, you can collect remote support data that is automatically sent to Hewlett Packard Enterprise for analysis. Only basic information can be collected from an enclosure.
Prerequisites
- Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator
Procedure
- From the main menu, select Enclosures.
- Select the enclosure for which you want to collect remote support data.
- Select .
- Select Yes, collect data.
- Verify the data collection status in the details pane or the activity screen.
