Enable remote support for server hardware
Prerequisites
Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator
Procedure
- From the main menu, select Server Hardware.
- Select the server hardware.
- Select .
- Select Enable remote support in the Edit Remote Support Settings screen.
- Set the properties for Contacts, Channel Partners, and Warranty and Contract.
- Click OK.
- Verify the remote support settings by selecting Remote Support from the view selector in the details pane.
