Alert is locked in HPE OneView

Symptom

An alert is locked and cannot be cleared.

Cause
An Active alert is locked by an internal resource manager.
NOTE:

You cannot manually clear a Locked alert.

Action
  1. Expand the alert and follow the recommended action described in Resolution.
  2. If you need more information, expand the Event details and see the details for correctiveAction.
  3. When the internal resource manager detects that the recommended action is taken, it will automatically change the alert status to Cleared.

    In the case where the locked alerts are not automatically cleared even though the issue is resolved, you can clear the locked alert using the REST API PUT /rest/alerts/{id}?force=true.
