Active
alert is locked by an internal resource manager.
NOTE: You cannot manually clear a
Locked
alert.
Action-
Expand the alert and follow the recommended action described in
Resolution.

When the internal resource manager detects that the recommended action is taken, it will automatically change the alert status to
Cleared
.
In the case where the locked alerts are not automatically cleared even though the issue is resolved, you can clear the locked alert using the REST API
PUT /rest/alerts/{id}?force=true
.
