Symptom

The browser does not display the user interface.

Cause

The browser is not supported.

The browser cache is full.

  1. Clear the browser cache and try again.
  2. Refresh or reload the browser.

JavaScript is not enabled.

Enable JavaScript on the browser.

There is a connectivity issue with the appliance.

  1. Verify that the browser proxy setting is accurate.
  2. Verify that firewalls are properly configured.
