Unable to remove the firmware upgrade log files in HPE OneView

Symptom

An attempt to remove the firmware upgrade log files is unsuccessful in HPE OneView.

Cause

Smart Update Manager errors prevent operations in HPE OneView.

Action
  1. Restart the appliance.
  2. Update the firmware again.
