Delete a server hardware type

Prerequisites

  • Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

    Server administrator

  • The server hardware type must not be used by any server hardware or server profiles

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select SERVERS > Server Hardware Types.
  2. In the master pane, select the server hardware type you want to delete.
  3. Select Actions > Delete.
  4. Review the confirmation message, if any, and click Yes, delete to delete the server hardware type.
  5. Verify that the server hardware type had been removed in the master pane.
