Suitable hotfix variant is not applied to the server during a firmware update using Smart Update Tools
Firmware update using Smart Update Tools (SUT) completes successfully without applying the hotfix variants to the server.
The custom SPP does not include all the hotfix variants for the operating system running on that server.
When creating a custom
SPP, include all the hotfix operating system variants (
.rpm,
.exe, and
.fwpkg or
.zip files).
For example, include
.exe component for Windows when creating a custom
SPP.
