Location of OSM replace actions

  • System > Enclosure > Processor Blade, right-click, select Actions > Replace.

  • System > Enclosure > Processor Blade > Mezzanine Card, right-click, select Actions > Replace.

  • System > Enclosure > Processor Blade > Memory Card, right-click, select Actions > Replace.

NOTE:

  • The server blade resource object in OSM is called a Processor Blade.

  • The InfiniBand Interface Mezzanine Card resource object in OSM is called a Mezzanine Card, a subcomponent of the Processor Blade object.

  • The memory DIMM resource object in OSM is called a Memory Card, a subcomponent of the Processor Blade object.

  • Hewlett Packard Enterprise recommends the same memory configuration in all processors to simplify fault planning.
