All faulty parts must be sent back within 3 working days from the delivery of the replacement one.
Pickups are pre-paid, there is no extra fee.

  1. The return label is contained in a pouch on the outside of the box.
  2. Please attach the return label to the box.
  3. Contact UPS directly to make an appointment for the collection and quote account number  4AA796.
