Addendum to HPE Tech Care Service data sheet
Service overview
The purpose of this addendum to the HPE Tech Care Service data sheet is to describe the HPE Tech Care Telco Service when purchased on eligible HPE products. Contact a local HPE sales office or HPE sales representative for detailed information on service availability and product eligibility.
This document identifies the specific deliverables, definitions, and limitations of this service level. All other service definitions remain as described within the HPE Tech Care Service data sheet and the Customer acknowledges and agrees that any service deliverables outside those defined by the HPE Tech Care Service data sheet and this addendum is outside the scope of this service.

Other limitations and Customer responsibilities
Whenever on-site intervention is necessary, the Customer is required to provide HPE with unrestricted access to the system as requested by HPE. If said system must first be relocated to a new Customer location for HPE to be granted access, then on-site service level commitments are dependent on the completion of the physical transfer of the system. HPE standard travel zones apply for the location where interventions take place.
Any to/from transportation of systems is outside the scope of this service offer and the Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of the supported product. Any damage resulting from transportation will be the Customer’s responsibility and its repair will not be covered by this service.
