1. Overview
1.1 Hybrid observability in HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions (the “Service”) is a software-as-a-service capability that comes standard within HPE GreenLake flex solution. The Service provides HPE customers an AI-powered command center that gives visibility and control to optimize uptime and infrastructure operating costs while improving process efficiencies. Customers can centrally monitor and manage the performance and health of infrastructure resources within their flex solution as well as third-party infrastructure resources across the entire hybrid environment – on-premises, multi-cloud, and cloud-native.
1.2 As part of the Service, HPE authorizes the Customer to access the Service during the term in accordance with the Agreement.

2.2 Remote proactive support
- a. Startup Support: Customers will receive an introduction to the Service and implementation planning assistance. HPE Experts will further assist with the implementation of the Service, including 1-2 integrations such as HPE Compute and HPE Storage, a demonstration of the Service and sharing additional content available. Implementation assistance is limited to a total of 16 business day hours.
- b. Advice & guidance: Working with the Customer, the HPE service expert actively provides advice and guidance to get the most out of the Service. This may include assistance with discovery and dashboarding, optimizing templates and metrics, optimizing reports and add-ons, patching, scripting, and alert automation. This service feature is intended to provide only brief guidance to Customer. Advice & guidance assistance each year is limited to 1 hour per year of the associated term. The scope of this advice and guidance is limited to the HPE GreenLake flex solutions.

3.1 The Customer is responsible for the installation of agents and gateways on their site. HPE installation of agents and gateways can be purchased as a separate service. The prerequisite hardware and operating systems to run the gateways must be provided by the Customer. The detailed requirements are specified at docs.opsramp.com/guides/getting-started/.
3.2 Upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, HPE will audit usage of the Service for compliance with the Agreement.
3.3 The Customer must be a user registered with the HPE platform to access this Service.

The Service (including proactive support) are only included for those physical devices that form part of the Units of Measure in the Agreement. Customers may purchase additional subscriptions (e.g., to provide coverage of virtual resources, containers or non-HPE resources) or additional proactive assistance using HPE Service Credits for devices and resources not covered in the Agreement.
