Server architecture, configuration, and operations are compared and contrasted between HPE NonStop X and HPE NonStop I servers. The course is a combination of lecture, live demonstrations, and hands-on exercises in an HPE Integrity NonStop environment.

- Understand the architecture of the HPE Integrity NonStop X BladeSystem
- Understand intelligent rack and power
- Understand the HPE NonStop maintenance LAN and the role of the HPE NonStop system console
- List the differences in various areas between the HPE NonStop X and HPE NonStop i
- List the differences of the IP, storage, and open CLIMs between HPE NonStop X and HPE NonStop i
- Describe the modified SCF cluster I/O protocol (CIP) commands
- Describe the new CLIM commands
- Be familiar with the updates to open system management (OSM) service connection
- Use the OSM quick start tool, the system startup tool (SST), the system configuration tool (SCT), the HSS/HCA firmware management wizard, and the CLIM receive dump action
