Round Robin
The Round Robin technique is an interactive method that facilitates the generation and refinement of ideas within a team. In this format, team members take turns to create an idea, which is then passed to the next person for further elaboration or critique. This iterative process encourages the collective development and refinement of ideas. The Round Robin method is highly adaptable, allowing various types of content or concepts to be circulated for enhancement or evaluation. It fosters collaboration, enriches idea generation, and ensures each team member's contribution is considered, thereby leading to more inclusive and well-rounded outcomes.
