What will I see at HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025?

Your registration for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 also gives you access to the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 agenda (excluding the training and certification program), Tuesday June 24, 2025 – Thursday June 26, 2025.

When and where will HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 take place?
HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 is an invitation-only event and it starts on June 23, 2025, at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, located at 201 Sands Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be held in conjunction with HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025. Once you receive your invitation, please register right away to secure your seat. Stay up to date on the event’s agenda and speaker lineup by visiting the event website.

How do I register for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025?
Attendance at HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 is by HPE invitation only. Registration is simple and will take only a few minutes. Once you receive your personalized invitation from HPE, simply click on the link in the email and follow the instructions.
How can I check if I am registered, or what should I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email from HPE Partner Growth Summit after registering. This email will have your confirmation number and a link to access your event profile. Please check your spam folder or contact the event support team at eventhelp@hpeglobalevents.com if you don’t see this email in your Inbox.
How do I get a confirmation of my hotel registration?
If you made a hotel reservation and completed the hotel booking process, you will receive confirmation of your reservation in a separate email. If you have not yet received the confirmation email, or cannot locate it, please reach out to hotels@hpeglobalevents.com for assistance.
Once I am registered, how do I get my badge for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025?
Event name badges will be distributed at the Registration desk in the lobby of The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, Level 1. Please note that your event badge should be worn at all times. For security reasons, this also includes the evening Celebration event.
Access to HPE Partner Growth Summit and HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 will be restricted to badged attendees only. Please bring photo identification with you, as identification is required to pick up your badge upon arrival. If you lose your event badge, please return to the Registration desk with your photo ID and you will be issued a new one. A replacement fee will apply.
What is the HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your event registration, the following cancellation terms apply:
Please submit your cancellation request in writing to the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 Event Team. HPE reserves the right to cancel an attendee registration and the Event price will be fully refunded.
- Until June 8, 2025 (23:59:59 PST): A $100 USD processing fee will be applied to all cancellation transactions. A refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus the $100 processing fee.
- From June 9, 2025, through June 26, 2025: A cancellation fee equal to the registration fee shall apply. No refunds will be issued.
Can I transfer my registration for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 to another person?
No. Participation in HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 is by invitation only and you cannot transfer your registration to another person. In the event that you require a different executive to attend the event in your place, please cancel your registration and ask your HPE Partner Business Manager to issue a new invitation to your colleague. The issuance of that new invitation will be subject to HPE approval.
Then, alert the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 Event Team. Please note: A Partner Growth Summit registration cancellation does not update a hotel reservation/booking. Please follow the hotel cancellation terms included in your registration and hotel confirmations. Please contact the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 Hotel Team for any additional questions.
Am I able to leverage HPE Development Funds (HPE DF) for attendance at HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025?
Please contact your HPE Partner Business Manager or your HPE Partner Marketing Manager for details about the HPE DF reimbursement guidelines that apply to attendance at HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025.

Will my event pass for HPE Partner Growth Summit also allow me entrance to the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 conference?
Yes. Your pass for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 will allow you to participate in HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025, including the Welcome Reception, Keynote by HPE President and CEO Antonio Neri, General Sessions, hundreds of break-out sessions, the HPE Discover Showcase, and the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 Celebration Event.
Please note that any certification or training courses offered as part of the certification program at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 are not accessible via the HPE Partner Growth Summit pass.
Where can I browse conference content for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 and HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?
The HPE Discover Las Vegas Content Catalog, set to launch in early April, will provide a robust list of sessions, demos, hands-on labs, and other content available at HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 and HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025. You will be able to search by keywords, session type, and topics to start pre-planning your schedule. After mid-May 2025, registered attendees will be able to log in to the Agenda Builder with their registration email and password to add specific content to their personal agenda.

How do I build an agenda?
You can easily create your personalized agenda via the Agenda Builder. Those who have registered for the event will be able to log into their account in early May using your registration email and password and add specific content to your personal agenda. Simply find a session that interests you, view the session details, and click the “+” icon to add the session to your personal Agenda. To view your individual agenda, go to “My Agenda.” You will also be able to favorite demos that you want to visit through the Agenda Builder.
Will there be any virtual programming at HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025?
No. HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 is an in-person-only event. We plan to record some select sessions and make them available post-event. You will be notified with instructions for accessing these recordings in July 2025.
Will presentations be available after the conference is over?
The PDF versions of most presentations will be available for download post-event. You will be notified with instructions for accessing these materials in July 2025.
Logistics, meals, details
Is transportation provided from the airport to The Venetian Resort for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 attendees?
Transportation from Harry Reid International Airport is not included in your registration fee. But there are ample options for getting to the conference venue from the airport such as taxis and ride shares.
Taxis are available directly from either terminal. At Terminal 1, taxis are located on the east side of baggage claim, outside doors 1–4. At Terminal 3, taxis are located outside, ground level. It is a three-mile trip to The Venetian Resort. The average cost for a taxi is $25–$40, depending on the route and time of day.
At Terminal 1, the ride-share pickup location is situated on Level 2 of the T1 Parking Garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, and the pickup area is to the right. At Terminal 3, the ride-share pickup is facilitated on the Valet Level of the T3 Parking Garage.
At Terminal 1, group shuttles are available on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7–13.
If I have dietary restrictions, how do I let the conference organizers know?
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to let us know of any special dietary requirements or food allergies. HPE works closely with the venue to create menus that can be enjoyed by all attendees.
What is the dress code for HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025?
HPE Partner Growth Summit 2025 is a business casual conference. We suggest bringing comfortable shoes and a jacket or sweater.

Code of Conduct
Being unconditionally inclusive is an HPE core behavior. We expect all HPE Discover participants to uphold this Code of Conduct by ensuring that this is a safe environment for all participants to thrive, learn, and be their authentic selves.
The Code of Conduct applies to all aspects of the main event, any related activities, and any social activities while at HPE Discover. HPE will not tolerate any disrespectful behavior that is disruptive or degrading to others. This includes during session discussions, as well as in personal conversations and text or email messages.
The HPE Global Non-Discrimination Policy and Global Harassment-Free Work Environment Policy forbids all forms of harassment and discrimination by a HPE manager, people leader, co-worker or any third party, including any comments or conduct that fails to respect the dignity and feelings of an individual at a Hewlett Packard Enterprise event.
HPE is committed to making HPE Discover a non-discriminatory and harassment-free experience for everyone. Harassment is defined as offensive verbal, physical, or visual behavior and actions toward an individual, based upon the individual’s gender, color, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, covered military or veteran status, protected genetic information, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable local law.
Behavior violating this Code of Conduct will result in you forfeiting your right to attend the remainder of the conference without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers. We encourage everyone to support our unconditionally inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to the nearest event staff.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are important to us. HPE continues to monitor guidelines for health and safety measures and will adjust our plans and health protocols, as necessary. HPE will follow all applicable laws, adapting our plans accordingly and sharing updates with HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 audiences.
When not to attend
If you are feeling unwell or meet any of the criteria below, we ask that you refrain from attending HPE Discover 2025 Las Vegas:
- Individuals who have been tested and confirmed as having COVID-19 or have been diagnosed as a probable COVID-19 case in the five days prior to HPE Discover 2024.
- Individuals who do not satisfy the proper completion of CDC COVID-19 isolation guidelines before leaving for Las Vegas should not attend.
- Individuals who have been advised or instructed by a health care provider, public health authority, or any other government authority to be under any form of quarantine or isolation.
- Individuals who, in the five days prior to the event, have had any communicable disease or illness symptoms (e.g., fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, a new loss of sense of taste or smell or other COVID-19 related symptoms).
