About HPE Aruba Networking Days
HPE Aruba Networking Days (formerly known as Atmosphere Meetups) are a series of one-day events that bring the best of Atmosphere 2024 to a city near you. These events are free to attend.
Network engineers, architects, administrators, security specialists and Partner Engineers will benefit most from the technical content presented on the Airheads track.
Employees of HPE Aruba Networking’s value-added resellers will benefit most from the solutions-focused content on our Partner Sales track.
Both tracks are taught by HPE Aruba Networking subject matter experts and local teams.

Can I attend more than one city?
Yes! To register for another city, simply sign up via the Registration portal and select the city.
I am a public-sector employee. Can I attend this event?
Yes! We would love to host you. However, HPE’s gift policy does not allow for employees of a Public Sector customer to receive any items of value from HPE. All Public Sector customers must pay fair market value for items offered at this event, value of up to $50. HPE will accept pre-payment, payment onsite or you can choose to decline the amenities. For questions or to prepay for amenities, please contact AtmosphereMeetup@hpe.com
Is breakfast served?
Yes, breakfast will be served at each event. Employees of a Public Sector entity are required to pay the fair market value ($10 for breakfast) for any amenity provided by HPE per HPE’s compliance regulations, including meals or may opt out.
Is lunch served?
Yes, lunch will be served at each event. Employees of a Public Sector entity are required to pay the fair market value ($20 for lunch) for any amenity provided by HPE per HPE’s compliance regulations, including meals or may opt out.
Is there a fee to attend this event?
This is a free event for qualified partner sales people and engineers, HPE Aruba Networking customers and potential customers.
Do you validate parking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking at all locations, but many locations will offer complimentary on-site parking. We apologize for any inconvenience.
When does registration close?
Registration for each city will remain open until capacity is reached. Space is limited so register early!
What if I need to cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration, please email AtmosphereMeetup@hpe.com.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a colleague with you who would find the event relevant to their role. Please have them register online.
How do I communicate my dietary restrictions?
Please communicate any dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate.
What is the dress code?
The recommended dress code is business casual to casual, though we welcome all fashion choices!
