It’s one of the reasons I chose to work for Hewlett Packard, and now Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). On a personal level, I am particularly proud to see HPE achieve a perfect score of 100 for Human Capital Development. Over the past two years, our leadership has been dedicated to making HPE the best place to work for our employees by investing in our culture and careers and listening to our workforce. In doing so, we have also invested in the success of our business. HPE has transformed our employee experience, providing grants to hundreds of employees working towards educational degrees, nurturing professional development opportunities, and offering world-class benefits which we call “Work That Fits Your Life”.
