HPE Channel Partners choose HPE Storage as a winner for two 2020 CRN Product of the Year awards

The CRN product of the year awards are a special honor for HPE Storage. They represent the satisfaction of our channel partners and service providers – an important extension of the HPE family. A supportive and engaged channel partner and service provider community is also well equipped to fully support and generate powerful outcomes that delight our customers. The honor of receiving not one, but two Product of the Year awards from CRN demonstrates the satisfaction of our partners and customers with our mission-critical storage solution, HPE Primera, and our our intelligent HCI solution, HPE SimpliVity.

These products raise the bar in the industry for performance, intelligence and the ability to meet the dynamic and evolving demands of the market. For example, HPE Primera customer Blue Shore Financial turned to HPE to power their mission-critical workloads and deliver superior performance, which helped the financial institution innovate new products and a maintain competitive edge. 

HPE SimpliVity has been an incredibly important solution this year in the wake of COVID-19, as businesses looked to ramp up their virtual desktop infrastructure deployments for employees working remotely. Many small and medium businesses, and enterprises with distributed locations, rely on HPE SimpliVity for its simplicity, hyper-efficiency, and built-in data protection. Pitt Ohio, for example, turned to HPE SimpliVity during the COVID-19 pandemic as they moved the majority of their corporate users to work from home, doubling their VDI user count overnight with no performance impact thanks to HPE.

It’s also worth noting that this is the second CRN award HPE Primera has received this year. Last month, we received the 2020 Tech Innovator Award for the Enterprise Storage category. The momentum we are witnessing across our Storage business is absolutely tremendous. Despite the rollercoaster of a year that 2020 presented us, we remain dedicated to our partners and customers.
