Interconnects
The Interconnects screen displays configuration information for the physical interconnects in an enclosure. For managed interconnects, use this screen to enable or disable the interconnect ports, clear port statistics counters, reapply the interconnect configuration, and view port data and statistics. For managed and monitored interconnects, you can power on and off and reset interconnects, refresh select interconnects, as well as turn the UID light on and off.
Interconnects enable communication between the server hardware in the enclosure and the data center networks.
HPE OneView supports various address types to communicate with interconnect modules. Use one of the following address types:
- IPv4 — HPE OneView supports both static and DHCP address assignments.
- IPv6 — HPE OneView supports static, DHCP, and link local address assignments.
