Remove an OS deployment server

Prerequisites

  • Privileges: Infrastructure administrator

  • The deployment server that you plan to remove cannot be associated with a logical enclosure in HPE OneView.

  • All server profiles using Image Streamer OS deployment must be removed or edited to not use OS deployment plans.

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select APPLIANCE > OS Deployment Servers, and then select the deployment server to delete.
  2. Select Actions > Remove.
  3. Review the confirmation message, and click Yes, delete.

    If the deployment server that you are trying to remove has OS deployment plans associated with a server profile or a server profile template, the screen displays a warning.

  4. Verify in the master pane that the deployment server is removed.
