Enable LLDP tagging when creating a logical interconnect group

To enable Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) tagging, set it when creating a logical interconnect group.

Prerequisites

  • Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Network administrator

  • Check the Interconnects screen for the installed firmware version. Update the firmware, if needed.

Procedure
  1. Create a logical interconnect group.
    1. Locate Interconnect Settings, and then select LLDP tagging.
  2. To verify that the LLDP tagging was enabled, make sure the setting shows Enabled in the Interconnect Settings view.
