Tray Cover Removal

Remove and install tray cover

The motherboard tray and the GPU tray each have a cover that can be removed to access internal components.

CAUTION:

Proper airflow and cooling
Do not operate the server without the covers for both motherboard and GPU trays. These covers must be in place to allow proper airflow and prevent overheating.

To Remove a Tray Cover:

Push the release buttons on both sides of the cover toward the middle of the tray and rotate the cover up. Then lift the cover off the tray.

To Install a Tray Cover:

Lower the cover onto the pin on each side of the chassis. Then rotate the cover down until the release buttons snap into the latches on the sides of the chassis.
