Copy a volume template

Use this action to save time when configuring a storage volume template for a storage system with similar requirements.

Prerequisites

Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Storage administrator.

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select STORAGE > Volume Templates.
  2. In the master pane, select the volume template that you want to copy.
  3. Select Actions > Copy.
  4. Review the settings and edit the configuration as needed.

    The template name must be unique.

  5. Click Copy.
  6. Verify that the volume template is listed in the Volume Templates master pane.
