View the Service manager field

You can view the Service manager field to know the name of the software service that manages the server profiles of HPE OneView.

Prerequisites

  • A service manager instance has been integrated with HPE OneView to create and manage server profiles automatically.

Procedure
To view the Service manager field, do one of the following:
  1. From the main menu, select SERVERS > Server Profiles. In the master pane, select the server profile of your choice. Select Overview from the View selector of the Server Profiles screen.

    When there is a service manager, the Service manager field is displayed in the General section on the Details pane of the server profile which is managed by a service manager.

  2. From the main menu, select SERVERS > Server Profiles. In the master pane, select the server profile of your choice. Select Actions > Edit.

    The Service manager field, when set, is displayed in the General section on the Edit page of the server profile which is managed by a service manager.
