Cannot restart the appliance after a shutdown
The restart action resulted in a shutdown, instead of a restart.
An internal server error might have occurred.
Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator

Check the appliance console from your VM hypervisor to see if the HPE OneView appliance is running or
shutdown.
- If the console is shut down, power on the appliance using your Hypervisor controls.
- If the console is running, try the steps given below.
- Log in as the Infrastructure administrator.
- Retry the restart action.
- SSH to the appliance and retry the restart action from the Maintenance console.
- If the problem persists, create a support dump and contact support.
