Complete the post-installation configuration

Procedure
  1. Do one of the following, depending on which FRU you installed:

    • If you have added memory or replaced a FRU other than a base unit (system board) in a server blade, verify that the blade is powered on. If the POWER LED indicator in the lower right corner of the iLO web browser session is amber, click it and select Momentary Press to power on the server blade, then continue with Resume operations.

    • If you have replaced a base unit (system board) or complete server blade or added a new server blade, continue with the next step.

  2. Close any open browser window on the PC prior to connecting to the iLO on the blade.
    1. If a Low System Battery warning is present, replace the System Battery in the server blade.
    2. After replacing the System Battery and powering on the server blade, perform the steps in Configuring BIOS settings on the server blade to set the boot order.
