1 to 2 PXIe mapping

If switch four is off and switch three is on, then two compute cartridges each have two PXIe slots, thus this setting is defined as 1 to 2 mapping, as two PXIe slots are mapped to a single cartridge. The top cartridge on each side of the EL4000 will be mapped to the two PXIe slots on the same side of the chassis as the compute cartridge.

Server cartridge 1 will be mapped to PXIe slot 2 and PXIe slot 3.

Server cartridge 3 will be mapped to PXIe slot 4 and PXIe slot 5.
