Add service partner
Prerequisites
Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator
Procedure
- From the main menu, select Settings.
- Do one of the following:
- Select Channel Partners from the Edit Remote Support screen menu and click Add Service partner.
- Enter the partner ID.
- Optional: Select Set as default.
- To add partners, click Add or click Add+ to add another partner.
- Click OK.
- Verify that the channel partner has been added in the master pane.
