Add reseller or distributor

Prerequisites
Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator
Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select Settings.
  2. Do one of the following:
    1. In the Remote Support panel, click ..
    2. Click Remote Support and then select Actions > Edit.
  3. Select Channel Partners from the Edit Remote Support screen menu and click Add Reseller/distributor.
  4. Enter the partner ID.
  5. Optional: Select Set as default.
  6. To add a reseller or distributor, click Add, or click Add+ to add another reseller or distributor.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Verify that the channel partner has been added in the master pane.
