Appliance is offline, with an unrecoverable error
When you browse to the appliance, an appliance error screen is displayed instead of the HPE OneView user interface.
The appliance error screen can be displayed for a variety of unexpected internal errors.
The error screen displays information about the error and may suggest corrective
actions for the problem. In addition, several links may be shown to aid in the
troubleshooting. Certain links prompt you to enter HPE OneView credentials before performing their function:
- Details: Clicking this brings you to an activity screen with more details regarding the error that is causing the current problem.
- Create support dump: Clicking this initiates a support dump process so that data can be collected for your authorized support representative.
Restart: Clicking this restarts the HPE OneView appliance.
NOTE:
- If the appliance does not recover from the error, contact your authorized support representative and provide the support dump.
- If the appliance cannot be recovered, re-image and restore from a previous backup.
