Installing the driveless cage kit

Procedure
  1. Power down the compute module.
  2. Remove the compute module from the frame.
  3. Place the compute module on a flat, level work surface.
  4. Remove the access panel.
  5. Install the driveless cage.
    NOTE:

    • If a drive cage is present, disconnect and remove the drive cage.

    • The driveless cage does not require cabling.

    Installing the driveless cage. Make sure you press down on both sides of the driveless cage.
  6. Install the access panel.
  7. Install the compute module.
  8. Power on the compute module.
